We’re able to obtain fixed group pricing for over 70 airline seats, eco-friendly travel options are available along with unique venues such as private estates with off-grid accommodations. In addition, our bespoke event planning service is tax-deductible, allowing businesses to offset their travel and event costs against corporate tax.

Exceeding Expectations
1. Our network of event suppliers across the globe is ready to help you with any creativity and suggestions. We aim to save you time, and money whilst enriching your whole event.
2. Once you have emailed us your request, our office gets to design the event for you on paper. We then email the results back to you free of charge. Our proposals are always left with wiggle room that allows you to add or amend the proposal to fit your needs.
3. Once are happy with the final proposal delivered, where necessary, will arrange a site inspection on location to view the selected venues being considered and meet all the involved key suppliers involved with your project.
Like a hotel function sheet, all aspects of the final proposal are laid out based on the day and timings outlining which supplier would be involved with what parts of the project. This prevents any last-minute confusion. From experience, we know that it’s always good to have an alternative option when the weather turns.
The tax advantages
To discuss these, we invite potential clients to arrange a 1 to 1 consultation with our office.
Getting the right advice is priceless
We welcome hearing your event ideas
Event Mentoring Service
PLANNING MEETINGS OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
There’s nothing that comes close to an offsite employee experience.
You may decide to improve camaraderie. Or, you may aim to build team spirit. We know what it takes…
Pass on our service to your procurement office
Planning any type of event can often be experienced as a minefield especially if you’re not used to dealing with end suppliers or have any function sheet experience.
Buying off-the-shelf team-building packages isn’t the answer. Results aren’t based on the event but on having someone experienced to do the event planning for you. For example, the same event, but with different professions equates to a different outcome. This is because people are all different.
Full onsite support is a rule. Many organizers fail to deliver it. A point person is essential for guidance and aligning the event to fixed timings.
Transport is another issue. The distance from the office. Decide whether you need to hire a private coach (These range from 30 to 50 seaters) or
Group Flights Ticketing is spending on events that are two days overseas. Here you can have the group meet before departure. It’s at the airport departure lounge.
Will your event have any Meet & Greet at the airport? Then, there will be coach transportation to the selected hotel with quick check-in. If your group will need it, lunch or dinner upon arrival. Never assume dietary or special need requirements.
Hotel Accommodation speedy check-in is a standard feature. A venue for the meeting, set up to be pre-arranged with itinerary. We need to decide on the perfect group event. It should fit everyone’s interests and mobility.
We can also set up for business meetings. The set-up depends on the room size you need. Also, let us know if you need any break-out rooms or spaces. Also timings for any break where refreshments are available on standby.
Workshop Trainers are often pre-chosen by the clients we work alongside. They must provide motivation, education, and inspiration. These things build a better understanding of the topics at hand.
Catering can be a nearby restaurant. Or, it can be the venue’s in-house caterers. Catering is subject to dietary requests.
You can use your imagination to plan activities. They can be for any kind of client, from well-being to high-octane fun. For example, Sailing, Treasure Hunts, Beach Sports, Landbased building events, etc
Many planners do not include flexibility, free time, and networking within event schedules. Remember, the trip’s participants may not have travelled before. Self-exploring a location can relax and educate them about what they have experienced.
WHY 100% OF ORGANISATIONS BENEFIT
Who Pays is a topic that is seldom covered. The idea is that team building events handled by an in-house organiser may incur a BENEFIT IN KIND tax. Business profits would pay the tax. Our office can turn such events into tax-qualifying programs. They can often offset an organisation’s corporation tax
We’ll always aim to…
